I recently had a visit with Jennifer Grillo, a new provider at this practice. She was warm and caring, listened, and provided excellent care. The office staff was very friendly and I have received phone calls promptly on my lab and xray results.

I'm a former patient of Dr.Reid, and I stopped coming to this office because they are very unprofessional and rude. I was scheduled for an appointment, took time off of work for said appointment only to get there and them tell me there was no appointment. The young lady at the front office gave me a nasty attitude and was annoyed that I told her I scheduled an appointment for that day. They rescheduled me a month later and when I got there, they told me I owed a no-show fee. How can I owe a no-show fee to an appointment I didn't make. Dr.Reid told me she would cancel the $50 fee but several months later I received the $50 bill in the mail. I paid it because I was tired of dealing with their attitudes and didn't feel like dealing with their front desk. I have since switched doctors and wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. There office is really clean and nice, but it doesn't make up for the lack of tact and professionalism.

Cons: It took 30-45 minutes to be seen, no billing department for questions, terrible front desk customer service Pros: NP had good bedside manner There are better quality and faster options for medical care in the area.
