I hope no one experience the lack of professionalism with this company as I did. A recruiter scheduled phone interviews and confirmed via email to discuss a job opportunity and never called me. Talk about not being professional...I carved out time for the meetings only to have the recruiter stand me up twice. Employers must keep in mind that first impression go a long way. Just as you examine a potential employee, the person examines you as well. Don't schedule appointments that you are unable to keep. Be considerate enough to call to cancel or reschedule.
