Valor Mold Removal

I hesitated to use Valor Mold because they were 2 3 times more expensive than the other estimates I received, but David, the owner, convinced me that they would do the job correctly and thoroughly to safely get rid of the mold and prevent future problems. They totally did. And the money was worth it. Just based on time alone, the other companies estimated they would be done in 3 4 days. Valor Mold spent 3 weeks working hard and being thorough. By the end of the project, testing showed that the mold was well within normal limits and thus the problem was completely resolved. Milton, the crew leader, communicated well. He kept me informed, listened when I had concerns, and explained things when I had questions. His team, included Mikey and others who were all polite and worked hard. The team was flexible when work was delayed by the discovery of rotten joists. Mikey stayed on site as another contractor repaired the joists; he made sure that all mold-damaged wood was removed or properly treated before they continued. When those repairs were completed, Valor adjusted their schedule to complete the job quickly, so that the remodeling company could get started. Lois and others in the front office were also friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would choose Valor Mold again, and I highly recommend them.

We are so thankful for Valor Mold! We had a small area that needed remediation but it was in a larger room. David took a look and determined the most cost effective way for us to have the area remediated. We appreciate the honesty of the company and quality of their work!

Valor did a great job with our mold remediation - they're true professionals in the field. They also provided great customer service and communication, and were very accessible and helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend.

After dealing with mold toxicity in the past, I know way too much about mold. We bought a new home where we found mold in the basement, and I called several mold removal companies for a quote. Other businesses clearly didnt know what they were talking about, while David came in and impressed me with his knowledge. The price was fair for the level of detail in the work that they did. Its been almost a year since the work was completed and we havent had any more issues with mold!

One of only a VERY select few remediation experts that actually do things correctly to medically make your home safe. I do not live in the VA area but they recommended me to their counterpart in quality, in my area. If I had not found Valor, I would have spent thousands of dollars not permanently fixing our mold problem. I cannot be more thankful I managed to find them through the weeds of the mold remediation professionals. Call Valor. Period.
