Dr. Debenham was one of the worst doctors Ive ever had. I dont want to say exactly why I went to Urgent Care but it involved my stool and I was very scared and almost had a panic attack - my blood pressure was like 152/110. I want to more that I was cooperative the whole time because I naturally avoid conflict and confrontation even when Im being disrespected. I was more scared then anything so I did not say anything to the doctor about the way I felt like I was being treated. I originally wrote a lot more but I decided to condense it and only provide one example of her disrespectfulness rather than the 4 I originally wrote. She asked about the color of my stool and gave me 2 options and I hesitated before answering to think about it. She said its either one or the other like come on, hurry up and answer the question. I answered well I guess it was this color but it also had some of the other color. I told her that I had a picture of my stool that could maybe better answer that question. She quickly said no like that was a gross suggestion - but it mayve better answered her question! I went to another Urgent Care doctor the next day and they asked ME if I took a picture that I could show them! She was overall impatient, rude and dismissive and had no sympathy for me despite my physical signs of anxiety. I dont expect to always be coddled but I expect my doctor to have some compassion! Ive never had such a horrible experience with a doctor and I will not be returning to this location in case shes ever my doctor again.

The service was excellent, i feel better right after the medication was given to me. I said to my sister that I will never go to patient first anymore because of the treatment I received from your facility. Thank you to all the staff that came to my aid. Timing was excellent as well.

I had a great experience and the PA that took care of me did a wonderful job of explaining why I had certain symptoms. Tiphany was patient, informative, and very nice!
