Great customer service and professionalism. Worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure all roof damage was accounted for and properly documented. Made the claim process easy. Very nice installation. Installers answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns.

Great experience so far. Same day service the day before rain. Fast, friendly, and competent. They had everything necessary to keep water out until the permanent fix arrives. They even found some damage our solar company wasn't up front about. When I add my same day quick fix to their full fix quote, it still beats the competition. Will update this review if anything changes.

Truly exceptional, fast, professional support in advance of all the other companies I contacted at the same time: incredibly competent team onsite (Joey and Dan) with a fully-engaged home office team both technically (live video feeds) and administratively (billing, communications). I had already called two other companies to find support but received vague statements by front office personnel who did not seem motivated or enabled to make unequivocal decisions to support me. I called Gutter Ethics and had an immediate, competent answers and support. I had received wind damage to my roof and asked for an assessment. Gutter Ethics was able to see that they had a team en route to another job and that I was on their path, and was able to have the team divert and support me without shorting the other customer. The team, Joey and Dan arrived, performed a full assessment using live feeds back to the home office, so they could collaborate in real time. Joey and Dan backbriefed me, completed immediate mitigation (a complete patch across the roof's caps) in anticipation of the incoming rain - their prompt, professional reaction made sure that I had a fix for my immediate, in-your-face-problem, as well as plan for a systemic, enduring fix.
