        Rented a house in DC through Promax and Ron Riddell. The application process was smooth enough and Ron was a great go-between between us and the property owners. He was very pleasant to interact with, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I would definitely rent via Promax again.

        We rented a house that was managed by Promax for the past 8 years. Rachel Gresham was our leasing agent. We had a great experience with her. Rachel was easy to work with and prompt in addressing any issues we had with our rental house. I would recommend Promax to anyone looking for a property manager.

      Thank you for your review. We strive to provide a positive rental experience, and we appreciate your feedback.Regarding the number of occupants, our lease agreement clearly states the maximum occupancy for the property. We take violations seriously and address them promptly.HOA regulations are outside our control, but we do inform tenants of the community's guidelines. We're happy to hear the condition of the house upon move-out wasn't a major concern.It's unusual to receive complaints so long after tenancy. We encourage residents to communicate any issues during their stay so we can address them swiftly. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
