        The convenience of ordering from the printing service is convenient, however they are no reliable on getting the products done on time. Same day printing has taken 2 days for completion of many occasions. Suggest FedEx for printing instead.

        Manager with short white hair purposefully ignored me and did not want to help until another associate had no idea what I wanted. I felt like she was very condescending and only a different associate was able to tell me that they just sold the last thing. I felt uncomfortable that the first associate took my phone and walked away with it to show the manager the plastic sleeve for greeting cards because she had no clue what it was.
