Been waiting for services since the open of business and the technician did not get here till 11 and could not see me til my scheduled appointment time so I have been sitting out here in this empty parking lot for four hours since no one can help me with my wheelchair repair.

So far my experience with this company has been terrible. And now I see I'm not alone. In my experience no matter how much they know you are counting on them to fulfill their commitments they do not do that. They do not follow up once you have selected them as your provider and you are left hanging trying again and again to get in touch to access basic medical care and equipment. They still have not followed up. If they do I may change this review but as of right now it is going up because they have not

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I am so disappointed in this company. No one cares about the patients.....lots of excuses. I wish I was aware of the process before we started working with them, I would have looked around first. I was under the impression we had to use them because the hospital said so. That's not true, we are all responsible for our own health care. If you are looking for equipment with this company good luck. We have been waiting since June 2021 for my husband's wheelchair. We were told 2 to 5 months.....still. waiting, still excuses......shame on them!

I seriously hate to talk poorly about disability services because we depend on them and many of them try very hard/actually care about our wellbeing. A few times the techs (whom I adore) have given me emergency repairs without charge just because they are nice, however, unfortunately, at this particular branch I have had mixed experiences; it was not a direct result of the techs who work there, but the contracted OTs and the staff who answer the phones. The ONLY reason they get 3 stars is because I like their technicians so much. 1) I was evaluated for a new wheelchair and per the recommendation by the occupational therapist, I got a "custom" wheelchair. However, when the chair came in, all of the measurements were wrong and I had pressure from the frame on my bones in many places. I requested to have the chair returned but they told me that cannot be done period because it is a "custom" wheelchair, so I just had to take back an unusable wheelchair. 2) Since that incident, many times when calling the office, my call is dropped or answered and dropped by the front desk as if they have my phone number blocked. I called with another phone number and my call was answered. 3) I requested for repairs to my old wheelchair with part of the frame split and TWO MONTHS later they tell me I need to get a prescription for repairs from my doctor even though my frame is broken, one of the breaks doesn't work, and back hinges do not lock. Going to see my doctor in person is unsafe because using this chair at all is unsafe and probably causing unwanted pressure on my back and lower body. I am going to request for my repair equipment to be returned.
