MR. TV MOUNT

I reached out to Mr TV Mount and they quickly scheduled me for an appointment.  They were on time, friendly and very efficient.  I would definitely recommend them!

I had the worst customer service I have ever had! I contacted Mr. TV mount to move a TV from one room to another. They came with two technicians one was doing the installation, the other the repair from the Previous wall mount. I told the installer to hang it in the center of the area rug specifically. I was in between the two floors for the two technicians and when I checked the TV I verified that it was working. When I sat down to watch I realized it was off by about a foot. I called Sam (owner) to explain the problem. Sam said I told the technician to hang it where it is. I am vision impaired and wanted it hung in a specific place. I tried to explain to him that I would not have instructed his technician to hang it where it is, he again said I was lying and I was being difficult and would not come back to fix it. Then I actually had my builder representative here and was explaining the difficulty I was having and he looked and saw that the TV had been hung to The right of the air mount. I called Sam again to make things right. Sam yelled at me and again hung up on me. I have now paid them $350 (99.00 More than quoted) to hang TV, I cannot watch! I have been yelled at! I have been called a liar! What kind of customer service is this? Service: TV mounting

I was given their information by someone who had used them before and loved the service. I called last week and got a super quick quote and scheduled with them the same day. The $50 deposit goes towards your service so I was totally fine with paying for it. They just came and were punctual and very kind to my property by wearing masks and shoe coverings. They placed tape on the wall before drilling so I could make sure I liked the spot and then it was a super fast process after that. I paid extra to hide the cords on the wall (the offer an in-the-wall service) and it looks great. Even better, Sam called and said they accidentally charged me for the over-the-fire place cord placement and he would refund me immediately. I would have honestly never known that and was so so pleased with their honesty. 10/10 highly recommend. Service: TV mounting
