We had issues with our gutter when our homebuilder installed 5" gutters (instead of 6" gutters) on a metal roof which resulted in water shooting off the roof onto our deck. It was quite a water feature every time it would rain hard. Jin came out to survey the issue and he provided us a quote which we were satisfied with. Within a few days, Jin scheduled a team to replace our gutter and a neighbor's gutter since they were having the exact same issues. Recently, there has been heavy downpours in our area and the new 6" gutters held up and work great. Ask for Jin, we highly recommend Direct Gutter!

My favorite part of the project was working with Jin. Very nice, flexible and helpful. The work crew was on time and very punctual and the finished product was beautiful! Definitely would recommend working with Direct Gutters.

My roof was leaking after a hurricane. Inclement weather was forecasted throughout the month, I was devastated and urgent prevention was needed. Couple of my neighbors recommended DGI exteriors. Tony immediately sent his crews out within one hour after I called to diagnose the problem and repaired the roof temporarily to prevent further water damage. Soon after receiving an estimate, I was guided to contact my insurance company. Everything went very smooth and hassle-free. During the installation, I was thoroughly explained about the materials being used and benefits of having additional repairs. My roof was newly installed and finished in 4 days from the first contact. I was amazed by how quickly Tony handle this matter. Another hurricane stuck my house after the new roof, my house was completely water-proofed. Thank you Tony for the awesome job. Highly recommend this place to the fellas with old/damage roofs. Great work!
