Never delivers products and can only assume they steal them

USELESS. Amazon used this shipping company for the first time on an order this week. I was home all day and witnessed no attempt to deliver a package at my residence. Received an updated tracking e-mail stating the package was not delivered because they "could not access the front door to the residence." I have 2 front doors with no obstructions or access issues and the driveway was empty. The fact is they obviously never attempted to deliver and who knows where my package has gone. Amazon is sending a replacement item and you can tell them to mark your account to never use this shipping company again. Looking at all the negative reviews here, I've no idea why Amazon continues to do business with them.

After reading all the reviews, at least I know I am not alone. My item was delayed two days. Then tracking was finally updated to 'out of delivery' then to 'delivered'. I was sitting in my office, facing the front door and not one truck/car/bicycle road past my house during the time-frame my package was marked delivered. Geez, I don't know how this company is able to stay in business with such horrible service and reviews.

This Dynamex company representative appears to be lying. There was a message in my mail box, saying that an attempt of delivery was made at 10:28 A.M. We were right here at home. When we called the company, and asked whether they needed a signature, they said "No." Then I asked him, "Why did he not leave the delivery at the door?", he did not have an answer. It appears to me that the delivery guy lies on record that an attempt was made though there was no attempt made , may be in order to satisfy some time requirements of Amazon, so that they can take their own time to deliver the items. Amazon! If you hire such delivery companies, you may lose more business. I will think twice again to order anything with Amazon.
