Rebecca Evans helped revamp our Trust and Will that was 20 years old. The new Trust now reflects one combined Trust for my wife and me, that includes the House Deed because we refinanced 15 years ago, updated the Charities. Reviewing and updating estate plans with your elderly parents can be a stressful and complicated process. I was grateful we were referred to Becky because our experience with her was consistently outstanding. We initially started by discussing my parents' wishes, their current financial situation, and a thorough review of their existing wills, medical directives, and power of attorney documents that were drafted decades ago. Becky spent considerable time answering our questions and providing different options for our family to consider. I remain grateful for her expertise and wise counsel throughout our conversations. In addition to being knowledgeable, she was incredibly patient with my parents, which both they and I deeply appreciated. She was well prepared for each of our sessions and throughout the process we always felt we had her undivided attention and care. Becky provided several possible paths for us to consider.
