    I've had to go to this location several times over the last month because I needed to upgrade my phone and was shopping around for the best deal. The customer service I've received from this location has been absolutely phenomenal and is what ultimately got me to switch from my previous carrier. Melanie is absolutely fantastic and helped me set up a plan that met all of my needs within my budget. There is one employee that kept pressuring me to buy things I didn't want or need. I wasn't able to finalize my new plan with Melanie and when I went in to do so I had a different enployee help me. Some of the specific things I wanted weren't in stock at the moment and he kept trying to force different models or colors and accessories that they did have at the moment to make the value of the transaction as high as possible. He did ultimately back down after I stood my ground on what I wanted, but it was very off putting. (And I get that he's a salesman and that's his job, but I stated explicitly and clearly what I needed and was looking for) Even with that though, I'm still giving 5 stars. I'm not naming that employee because a few days after that interaction, the GM called me to follow up and see if I was satisfied with everything and I described what happened. I also told him that even though I was made uncomfortable by how hard that employee was trying to push the sale, I still got excellent customer service from him. I've received excellent customer service from every employee there. When I went to trade in my old phones several days later, the tech advisor gave me the info for a rebate I almost missed out on that the pushy salesman never even told me about. That is straight up above and beyond service.

    Customer service is HORRENDOUS! When you walk in the door, people walking around wondering "do I sign in? Is there anybody working here". I walked to the back of the store before some guy, maybe a supervisor told me I've got 3 people working and there's about 4 people ahead of you. There's another representative in the bathroom she'll be out soon." He never assisted 1 customer in the hour I was there. I watched 2 customers before leave and 3 customers who can after me also walked out. I will NEVER go to Springfield VA location again.
