I walked in, told them I had an appointment at 10:55 for any senior barber. I was Immediately told that my booking didnt say that I had no specific barber. Which it definitely did. I pulled up the booking confirmation, and read it aloud, and no one said a thing other than well take a look at it. They never did.
I never leave reviews, even for negative experiences but to call a potential customer a liar as soon as they step into the building and then ignore them when they prove that they werent lying is just ridiculous.
Work on your customer service, no matter how good of a barber you are, at least try to seem like youre not a rude person.
