        Seriously, who does software updates on their ATM during morning and evening rush hours? It happened at least a few times, most recently today. And there's no way I'm going in to spend 20 minutes for what should take 2. So I guess it's a special trip out there. Update: this ATM is out of service frequently. And of course because of the merger between BB&T and Sun Trust a few years ago, branches nearby have all closed for the benefit of the shareholders. BB&T was always convenient. Never had these problems back then. And this is just a fraction of the issues I've had with Truist since the merger. This bank sucks.
