Absolutely horrific customer service. Called ahead to ensure smooth service. Arrived and was directed to the agents, then directed to service center, then directed back. Agents became increasingly condescending even though I followed their advice, they contradicted themselves, were very argumentative, and had me stand in a new line at the beginning each time despite having stood in the line already. This is the worst banking institution, completely incompetent yet pretentious about it. After what should have taken 5 minutes turned into a half hour, had to leave to get back to work. I imagine I'll get some flippant comment saying, "sorry this was your experience" which is as empty a remark as the ability of agents at this branch, as reflected by many other negative reviews throughout time, agents here have made no improvement, with attitude growing worse as you go up to management, with the ladies at the booth being kind but unable to help, the service desk woman being rude and incompetent, and the woman at a desk being the most rude of all despite her failure to manage others and ensure they are capable of helping, who then sends customers back to the end of a line they just stood in, horrible example of leadership and discriminatory behaviors
