I just walked in after a bad day where my car got hit and the quarter panel was crunched. I got a very good feeling talking to Mike, the owner/president/dictator (j/k). My quote was honest and was about $150 to $200 lower than 2 other estimates. I am so glad I went there. The color match was perfect, fit and finish was perfect. Bad things happen in life; but a good honest crew like Auto-Star made me feel like I was in good hands. Auto-Star is now my go-to place for any bodywork and paint. They really made me feel at home. Lastly. The estimate was including tax and shop fees and whatever else other places feel like charging people. It was an easy win for all. Thanks Mike and everybody else. One more thing. Turnaround time was 4 days. Not 4 weeks and my car was washed. Awesome!

As long as I am in Northern Virginia I will never use another auto body shop. The customer service is fantastic. The rates are the best I've experienced ever. They don't waste time on getting your car completed and back to you.
