Update 3/16/24. I stopped by to check if he could do some wheel restoration and Wavy was totally honest and said "Integrity over Money. Your rim damage is too little and I don't want to charge you!!! He then said "let me clean up these calipers. He proceeded to get all the nooks and crannies I always miss when cleaning 4 piston calipers. His work is now a year old and my calipers still look brand new. I picked up a rag and we just got to work. We laughed and joked around but I totally dig being part of the process. It was fun! In the end, he painted the calipers the color I had been eyeballing. A darker red that looks Fantastic!! I got a $1700 paint job for $950. Thrilled with his work. Fast, fast, fast! Wavz was prompt, honest, and attentive. The whole process was hassle- free. Everyone I encountered here gave great customer service. He fixed scratches and a dent on my rear bumper in two days!! And when I went to go pick it up, Wavz and his crew were washing the exterior and interior of my car. Will definitely be back due to all his business has to offer in terms of customizing your vehicle. Cant recommend this business enough.

Reply to owners reply: For the windows and opening them you knew that teslas in general automatically have retracting windows when the doors are opened so I had no choice. When I would take delivery, I took the car straight home and would not even drive it till the 3-5 days recommended. It even got to the point where I would summon the car out of the garage to avoid opening and closing the doors so I can allow the sun to dry the tint like you said. Didnt work. We had discussed the tint not being dark enough, yes, but I said dont worry about it if you cannot fix it for free and that Ill come back later to fix it. You said ok and that was it. Then you texted later that day saying that you guys had tinted it anyways and you were going to charge me a fraction for the price. I was upset b/c regardless of the % there was clear imperfections in the tints. And this was not one window, it was almost all of them windshield included. As for the rims, I drive my car very carefully and take good care of it so it does not see abnormal ruff road areas. Before I dropped the car off I had explained to Shawn and Jose painting over it isnt going to fix it and itll keep happeningbut you did anyways. And as the for the chrome delete I told you numerous times that ALL Model Ys come with black trim but clearly my Model Y was the first one you worked on. And the job done could tell. The chrome delete was not up to your standards b/c you guys gashed it with razors or something when you guys tried to do the tints. Im still not sure how that happened to be honest. And then you guys fixed that by coloring the gashes with black sharpie? I could have done that myself too. Tesla service is terrible, every Tesla owner I speak to also can say the same and every Tesla forum I read. The Tesla owners you speak to seem ok with spending professional money on mediocre work, I cannot say the same for myself. Lastly, ok say my seats were dirty when I dropped them off. But what about the huge stain marks all over the cars headliner and pillars pictures on both driver and passenger side? What about the sticky adhesive front the tint that is all up in my window jams and all over the whole interior of the car? I wish I would have know my car would turn out so poorly or I wouldnt have wasted $2,500 and would have bought a spray can and done it myself. I went back and forth about 3-4 times to have them touch up and fix how badly they did my tints, rims and calipers. First off I got my tints done to which they had to re-do them 3 times b/c each time they would rush through it leaving behind bubbles and creases in the film. I would leave my car there for a week only to pick it up and have to let it dry for another week. The paint on my wheels was done TERRIBLY, you can tell the rims were not prepped properly hence why the paint started to chip on my drive home from the shop, and one time would have been chance but every time I took it back to have it fixed the same thing would happen within a day if not on the drive back home. This place will just take off your wheels and spray themno prep and same for your calipersthey just tape off the areas and spray the calipers and brakes (yes they literally painted my ROTORS!?!?!) no taking apart the brakes and coloring them individually. I made my concerns and disappointment clear multiple times as I gave them multiple chances to fix it and brought the car back 3 TIMES to have it fixed but after the 3rd time I accepted that they cannot fix it and they just dirty up my car more and a loss of $2,500 not to mention the hundreds of $ I spent on Uber rides. if you plan on going here, THINK AGAIN!!! Unless you have some money to waste to make your car look worse. Not to mention they left my car a disaster after they were done, my headliner is disgusting from their dirty hands and mess they left when trying to tint the car not to mention my white seats are practically brown now. Had to spend another $200 for a detail after, overall SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!
