        West Springfield Terrace is best place to live! They have excellent staff, especially Mrs. Sharan, she is knowledgeable, cooperative and respectful! She is excellent in supporting clients through out the renting process.

        Weve been a resident of W. Springfield Terrace for a year. We had some changes in our life that required us to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. Life changes and can be stressful. However, Kenny at the front office has been nothing but helpful and trying to guide us in the right direction. Thank you very much and we look forward to future business.

        Ive lived for 5+ years and ive loved it. Workers are very responsive and friendly. Especially the office and Brenda; theyve helped me with everything me and my family needed. I also love living here because of the accessibility to stores and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend living here.

        UPDATE: two mice caught with my own trap two days in a row, but leasing office doesnt even care to respond to my email. Making excuses left and right, not answering phone calls, super frustrating experience. Going to vacate this place ASAP. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Do you want to know what your neighbors are cooking for lunch and dinner as the aroma makes its way into your house? Are you the type that is into hearing other people's conversations after quiet hours? Do you want to guess how many individuals are living above you by counting footsteps being so loud due to poorly insulated and thin ceilings? Then look no further! This apartment complex is NOT the place to be! I wish there was a zero star option but I can work with 1. No wonder how they are standing at 4.2, might've been a free swimming pool band per 5 star review. Lazy management staff especially the assistant manager who takes forever to respond to a simple query but is super quick to charge you bunch of fees left and right and is never courteous enough to give you a break as other managements do. Maintenance staff is always trying to excuse their selves from performing a simple job. Floors are squeaky and noisy as anything. Bathroom's exhaust somehow fetches weird variety of smells from God knows where instead of venting out the existing. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can leave and never look back at this place. FYI: currently residing in this apartment due to time left in lease.
