    Live anywhere else and save yourself the headache. When you move in, they will offer you an 18 month lease. You will never get that 18 month option again - they will lie to you and say it is not available. What they really mean is, it is not available to you as a renewing tenant, only the 12 month option is available (again, only a 12 month option - no 9 months, no 15 months - only 12). Each year, expect your rate to increase by a minimum of $200 (their magic number is 17% so plan on your rent being increased by that much each year). If you call and ask to negotiate it, they will lie to you and say they aren't going to negotiate (even though they just negotiated and lowered the increase for my male neighbor). Dog poop EVERYWHERE. Sidewalks, front entry, grass. Zero maintenance/upkeep of lawns/shared spaces. As of 4/5/24, the grass has not been cut for over a month and they said "oh we were waiting because of the rain". This of course exacerbates the pre-existing rat/roach problem. You will hear everything that your neighbors do - whether it is inside or outside. My downstairs neighbor plays video games at max volume every night starting around 10pm, so that's what I attempt to fall asleep to. You will also hear every decibel of street noise/parking lot noise (including your neighbors talking in the parking lot or partying at 10:30pm at the grill) The front security gate is always broken The back security gate leading to the metro - you will see people hop the gate, use a stick to push the entry button - there is zero security here. Maintenance emergencies - just don't have one because there is no one who lives on site to fix emergencies after hours. I.e., my toilet stopped working and I had to wait until the next business day for it to be fixed. Zero upgrades to gym (or dog parks or playground or outdoor grills) but every year they will charge you a $100 amenity fee Your packages will be stolen in the high rise (secured) buildings No overhead lights in apartment but this is a "luxury" apartment complex (again, where are the upgrades?). I was told that I can install a ceiling fan/light in the bedroom if I wanted to (excuse me? Or you all could just install overhead lights like normal people who advertise "luxury residences"). Along that line, extremely poor air circulation in the units - one air vent in the bedroom so prepare to bake in the summer and freeze in the winter. Dryer is old and burns my clothes Your car will be towed if your parking pass isn't easily visible - but if you have a motorcycle, you're free to just leave it in any space without a parking pass so that you can reserve yourself a parking space when you get home (because yes, multiple people are doing that and holding premium parking spots) When I initially toured, I was told that the trash pickup was an optional $30/month. Because my unit is close to the trash chute, I never used it. Then I noticed that I was being charged for it - when I asked the rental office, they said it is mandatory and did nothing to address the fact that I was lied to during my tour. Piss poor communication from the leasing office - e.g., fire inspection notices being sent out hours AFTER THE FACT. Also had an instance where no notices went out at all (written or email), so while I was on a work call I was interrupted and had to navigate around that. Save your money and live anywhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE.

    The apartments layout are beautiful with safe and clean environment. However, I have never seen such unprofessional management before. They will deal with you as if they did you a favor by renting their apartments lol. And dont be surprised with a huge bill of made up balance of things you didnt even know were messed up. They will charge you 700$ for painting doors??? Save your time energy and MONEY find another apartment.

    The residences of Springfield is a well kept community. Quite and clean community, located by lots of places to dine out too and do some shopping. Close to the interstate and a variety of social activities. A dog lovers community. A plus, a non smoking community. in the community there's a pool and a club house, to create social events, a gym. The maintenance team is very supportive. I had an emergency repair in my master bathroom. The maintenance team came right away and solve the issues at hand. All in one day. Kudos for the maintenance team. The rental lady Nevaeha was the best customer service ever!! She assist me with all of the online process and was patient and kind. Very professional and explain the whole rental process. This is a community that one would be glad to call home. As Dorothy on the wizard of oz would say, there no place like home. The residence of Springfield. Wow what I can say. You pay for what you get and the cost is well worth it. Come join me in celebrating my new dwelling and be apart of the beautiful community. You will be glad that you did. Let me not forget the office team. Everyone on this team is very professional and supportive.
