The medical staff with the Dr. Harrison is great. And transportation is great great drivers safe drivers. Android But everything else starts to go downhill from here human home health care therapy not that good. If you make a complaint against anybody in the company they will circle the wagons and go against you and he may interfere with HIPAA laws as one occupational therapy person did And they were they dont want to work for you they claim you write your goals even though you didnt told them two times in six months that your goal is to be 90% or better. Do you like to use a lot of technical terms to not give you what you want The only place I ever been for physical therapy where meditation has gotten worse when it comes to therapy. But again dr. Harrison is probably the best doctor in all of Roanoke ROANOKE

VERY VERY DISORGANIZED!! If i could put zero stars i would, honestly this place could care less about their patients. Maybe if a patient is at home on PACE they may take care of them but if your loved one is in a facility dont count on PACE doing anything. They will let a patient be near death before they do anything no matter how many times you contact them. And dont get me started on medications. Your lucky to get them even or get an order signed. Its sad that the less fortunate people use this program because it helps pay your rent but in the long run its worse for the patient. We have had nothing but problems with PACE.

There are no words right now. Heartbroken. Too little, too late for my Mother. Too many issues to get into here. Good people, but understaffed, disorganized, people who should have provided assistance in the beginning just did not hear what I was saying.
