Subway

I ordered on the app. Which I have done several times before.  I arrived at the time stated on app to pick up my order.  I went in and stood there about 5 minutes while they waited on other customers.  There were 3 behind the counter.  I was then asked what I wanted.  I stated I had an online order.  Two of them looked at each other and rolled there eyes. She asked my name. The one went to the register and took about 2 seconds and pull an order.  She rattle off a first name and my last name.  She went over and started making it.  I could tell it wasn't my order.  I asked her what she was making and she told me.  It was not my order, and I asked her if she would please check again.  She said well we don't have your order without checking.  The other girl said you had it made at another subway, it is probly at Lakeside.  I said no I did not.  The first girl said, what's the address?  I said West Salem.  I turned and went out the door, and heard the calling out rude and disparaging things thinking I was leaving.  I retrieved my phone and went back inside and repeated the exact address to them.  The first girl said, well I'm the manager, and we don't have your order and you can take your additude and get out of my store.  I hadn't raised my voice, hadn't said one thing other than ask them to recheck for my order.  I said I hadn't had an additude until she got one, but that I gad already paid for the order and that I wanted that refunded.  She said well take it up with the app.  Several hours later my card was refunded.  I have worked in restaurants before but would never have treated a customer like that.  I can safely say I will never go back.

great food great prices but could add more to your sub without charging ya..
