        Great Pizza Hut in Salem! Got Curbside Pickup They brought the pizza out just as soon as I pulled up! They were very polite and made sure I was happy before leaving.

        Definitely has gone downhill. Was my fav place to order from now i guess I'm stuck with papajohns. 2 different orders on 2 different days of the week both orders were messed up. (Small orders both times an early in the evening) They forgot stuff each time an had to go back then i had to wait 30 to 40mins for them to come back. The driver blames the store an asks do you want me to bring it? Uh yeah i did pay for it. Really bad service lately.

        The main street, Salem, VA location has the best staff! Always friendly and helpful! ❤ Love those guys! The food is always cooked perfectly! ❤ 7/5 stars! 😊

        To say Service was lacking at least had to get our own forks and napkins off the counter from the employee that didn't act like he wanted to help anyone Pizza minimal at best! service poor! don't waste your time!!!!! And definitely hope you don't need parmesan cheese cuz we were told by an employee that they had to feel them this was at 12:15 this afternoon!!! But he did bring us to go packs......lol
