Ive used a lot of companies in the area - Yeatts is the best.
And all of the big companies, try to get you to buy a service contract and upsell you. They want your system to be replaced so they can get commission. I had a large company, lets just call them O come out and tell me that I needed thousands of dollars repair on my furnace and it may just be better to replace it. I had them tell me my mini split should just be replaced. They all want the service contract so they can get you to buy.
I did not trust it - so I called Yeatts. They came over and fixed my furnace in 30 minutes for $100.
I decided to ask them about the mini split. They investigated and fixed the problem in a couple of hours for $400!
They didnt try to upsell me or take advantage of me. on top of that, the two individuals who were here were very professional, and even took their shoes off to not make our floors dirty. I will be using Yeatts for all HVAC going forward.

Had a company no-show for 3 days to fix my heater. called Yeatts and they came out the same day. Fixed it within the hour. Professional, fast, and not too bad on the wallet.

I called a competitor to come out and he came out to fix it and was ther 5mins and cleaned this piece of metal. They charged me $240. Days later it quit working intermittently. Well i just waited cause the winter was over. When i fired my furnace back up recently it started screwing up again.
So i called Yeatts heating and air. Gary JR. came out and checked some things and said its a bad circuit board. He said im not a lennox dealer but this may still be under warranty. So he checked with lennox on hold for 2hrs and they said it was. So he replaced a $600 circuit board under warranty.
Highly recommend these folks.

I am giving them 0 stars. They came to my house to assess why my heat did not come on. They told me my motherboard in my boiler was burnt. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it. A new company came and had the heat turned on in 15 minutes. The estimate these jokers sent me was for over 2800.00 stay away or they will cheat you!
