Zips Car Wash

Wish I would have looked at the reviews previously to purchasing a promotional monthly membership. It was $5.00 to try "Zips Car Wash" for a month with no obligation. So why not, right? So, upon purchase, I screenshot the purchase and take it to the local "Zips". I gave the attended my promo code and showed him my phone. He states "I will have to do this inside, so just wait here". While in the meantime, cars are piling up behind me. 10 minutes later, he comes back out, "I'm not sure how to put this in the system, so my manager is taking care of it". 15 minutes later, "the manager" comes out and says, "I am having a problem putting this in, you're the first one to bring this". So, he says, "give me a few more minutes" and all the while, they finally decided to open up the other lane. 10 more minutes and I finally stated that I have to get back to work, so I need to go and the manager comes out and states, "ok, you're all set". They finally let me through. I try to go back the next week and the sticker they gave me (to my surprise, sarcasm) isn't working. The attendant goes to look me up and guess what?! I'm not in there! Apparently, he just gave me a sticker to get me out of there! He says, I'll put you in. Again, 15 minutes later.........I finally told them to forget it and just cancel whatever they did and I leave. 2 weeks later, I have a charge for $45 from "Zips Car Wash"! I contacted CS and told them the issue and that I told their attendant to cancel it. No reply, nothing, so I place a dispute and then they reply! They stated it was outside their realm and so were denying the dispute. So, need something done on your end, good luck! If it favors them, they'll go out of their way to get it done! Do not use the monthly membership, if you do use "Zips", pay as you go. You will regret it in the long run!

A bit pricier than other car washes in the area but I do think it got my car cleaner than the others.

Too bad the app with the scan codes only works 50% of the time and then you have to get an employee to bypass the code ,and what zips emails you as specials , isn't always what actually available, other then that they do pretty good Great prices with specials they run Good car wash , free vacumes to use after car wash
