Gotcha Covered of Ashburn and Purcellville

In a world of internet ordering where we are promised speedy deliveries along with cheap prices as long as we trust ourselves to know what we are doing and getting, it's tempting to go this route. However, window treatments was NOT something I felt confident about doing myself. Luckily, with Gotcha Covered we received excellent customer service (if anyone is familiar with that term anymore), and we felt like we didn't have to sacrifice much at all in the way of price and turn around time. From the moment we sat down with Lisa where she made sure to listen to what we needed functionality wise to what our personal style was, through the installation process, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Gotcha Covered was available for convenient appointment times. Lisa guided us through the choice of products and understood our vision. Decided on wood shutters, blinds and shades. One large, trapezoid custom window was our main concern and problem solved with a solar powered shutter. It turned out beautifully! Their installation team did a wonderful job. Our home is much more cozy now. We're happy with how the project went and recommend Gotcha Covered to anyone seeking quality window treatments.

We were pleased with the service provided by Lisa Cammarota of Gotcha Covered. Lisa was very patient with us as we made our decisions/selections of shades and also when we made changes to our final order. We are grateful that we found someone who is so knowledgeable and who understood our needs. Lisa has an experienced team for hanging the shades too. We really like the look of our new shades.
