Tony was the epitome of a professional, friendly, and helpful real estate agent. He treated us like family, and through the process of finding our home, Tony became a new friend. He helped us balance our needs, wants, and budget while always keeping an eye on our best interests. The highlight of our experience was Tonys impeccable communication and anticipation of our needs. In addition, his network of professional contacts is able to work with tight timelines and unexpected challenges; Tony was even able to help us successfully close during the pandemic (while maintaining everyones safety)! I could not be happier with the care and kindness shown to us by JT Management. From the onset, Tony and Jacki have been thorough and prompt, showing great attention to detail and follow-up. Every home will have an issue now and then, that's life. What is exceptional is that JT treats "our" problem like it was their problem in their own home. They bring in top-notch service personnel and touch base throughout the process so there are no surprises. They have shown our family a gracious warmth, and contributed so much to making this house our home. We recommend them wholeheartedly.
