I contacted this company in search of good quality, yet good prices. I had the pleasure of having Matt come down and doing thorough inspection on my crawlspace. When everything was done, he was reasonable, professional, and knowledgeable in his trade. He showed me all the corrections that needed to get done, and didnt try to use a sales pitch approach with me. If something wasnt needed within my budget, he was flexible and trying to make necessary repairs possible. If you are needing any sort of foundation, repair, waterproofing, or anything, and that nature, this company is for you. Especially, and the Roanoke area.

We went with Crawlspace Medic because of the raving Google reviews. I have no idea how this company has such great reviews. Our job started last month and started 3 days late. When they were done we had to take it up the chain because our service manager has been MIA during the entirety of the project, up until we complained because the work was below expectations/not what was what was discussed during the consultation. While the manager had reason, Crawlspace should have had someone to take over. It makes NO sense why the manager does not have a backup person to fill in. The crew came back to make some corrections and they are finished again except they arent; were owed a key component to be installed so a unit that was installed would work. One major request that I had was still not done correctly after the 2nd time they came out. Im tired of constantly having to follow up only to be forgotten and being told were a priority only for them to never show up. Weve been billed even though the work is not done. No one answers the phone so you cant talk to anyone. I really wish they would get out here and finish so I never have to deal with this company again. There are so many other issues weve had that Im not listing here. I feel that we have been more than patient and more than understanding. Im at a loss. Service: Waterproofing

Matt is a trustworthy and super hardworking professional who went above and beyond to help me with my basement when there was a sewage backup. It is clear he deeply cares more about the health and well-being of clients than fast $$ and that earned Crawlspace my business. The quote was fairly priced and he worked with me when insurance didnt come through to help finance it. When the original plan for repairs was not as great as planned due to the house structure, Matt went back to the drawing board and problem solved a better fix for the same price within the same day. All in all, my sewage problem was completely resolved in less than 2 weeks once Crawlspace got involved, when before I was looking at weeks just to get a paid inspection from other companies. Crawlspace is respected by other repair companies and so was able to not only take care of my cleanup, but get me in contact with a great plumber too to assess a problem with the waterline. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely call Matt again in the future for any basement concerns!
