Johnathon,Firstly, I’d like to apologize for your inconvenience.Secondly, I’m going to explain certain things that would’ve been explained to you had you asked for a management person prior to taking to the World Wide Web.As I’m sure you know but maybe not, there is a country wide shortage of workers because they choose to sit home and collect unemployment. Much easier than hard work and a lot like people who give 1 star reviews instead of having a simple discussion with the appropriate people.My apologies for not paying a website person to remove the misinformation from the current website. I have been too busy working in the field (once again because of the lazy people that refuse to work) to ensure my company operates at a profit after the small, unprecedented pandemic the country just went through. Thankfully, I went to work in the field because if I hadn’t we would’ve gone out of business just as thousands of other companies did. Maybe they were too concerned with what their website said instead of meeting the pandemic head on and working with their employees to get through it.These few items are just a pea sized amount of the reasons you were misinformed. I will be available today for conversation and give you the name of a well renowned landscape architect.In regards to the plants you were saying we don’t carry. I’m sure after all of your searching, we weren’t the only landscape company in the valley that don’t carry plants. I’m not sure what you know about the industry but with a handful of exceptions, we all buy our plants through whole sellers. Of which I will gladly give you their contact info as well.I wanted to respond to this elementary 1 star review just so that you were a little more informed. Our sincerest apologies for being too busy at trying to make a living than making sure all of your needs were satisfied.
