        Made an online appointment but they don't even go by the appointment. So it was treated as same as walk ins. Also they made an error and we had to go back.

        Seem nice but we showed up 10mn early and almost an hour later we found out that whoever does phone appointments updates absolutely nobody. Thankfully Teresa stayed late and took care of us...and got us a lot more than what tax slayer said.
