        Clean this place. Clean the carts, clean the hand baskets daily, clean the self checkout kiosks every half hour. Dress a little more professionally, at least as much as Food Lion employees. Say Thank You for Pete's sake. Clean the bathrooms. Use your inventory management system to realize that, as product rotation is never exercised when stocking, you do wind up with expired products on the shelves, from fresh, to frozen, to dry goods. If you see a handicapped person checking out, help them, don't ignore them. To the absentee manager who is never there, the buck stops with you.
