Trinity Solutions

They should be taking off Google you call Trinity's phone number and it automatically hangs up I guess they're out of business. I would call Google but no working phone number for them either.

Does anyone know who took over this company ? We didnt receive a letter or anything from Trinity regarding them going out of business. I tried to call this office number and it has been disconnected. Any information would be greatly appreciated !!!

I had a gentleman show up to my door because I previously had services with SFI and wanted to know if I wanted to return as they were now trinity solutions. I agreed and paid for the equipment upgrade however they didn't have the panel for upstairs and said they would order it and get back, that was over a year ago. Since then I have called and left multiple messages and can't seem to get any clear answers about the equipment or my account as my previous security system is billing me. I finally get an appointment after over a year and then no one shows up and the main number is down. After some investigation I find the owners number who say the phones are down, he is on vacation, the tech was in an accident and someone will reach out. However I was told the appointment was with him due to the mishandling of my account and again no one told me the appt was canceled so I arranged my work schedule. Overall the communication and customer service has been non existent over the last year
