Asked for help and to reinstall my equipment, lady sent me to a robot that couldn't even get the first number of my address and kept telling me I lived at another address. After 10 minutes of trying to get it to understand, I decided that if this was how they treated new customers, they didn't need my business a and I hung up. I believe it's Brinks now.
