Think before sending your loved one into memory care after they get your money , your loved one is naglected , they are under staffed the patients are egnored it is so sad the few nurses they do have fall asleep or play on their phones my dad fell in the community area but no one saw it surprise surprise he sadly died 3 weeks later ,they also never ever answer the phones or let you know how your loved one is doing

My aunt's time living at TerraBella's Memory Care was absolutely wonderful. She was given so much love and high quality care in an environment that truly felt like "home". We are forever grateful!

Upscale facility and the staff go above and beyond for the residents served. The bar is held high! Highly recommended Assisted Living facility for those looking for their loved ones!

I love my D.O.N Alisha Hoke she really goes out her way to make sure that these residents at tella Bella get what they need she's just now leaving this building at 4am to make sure everything is good for them and that says alot she also a wonderful person to work with and for great job Alisha you are the best.
