        We were at Springtree to visit a friend. My first time at this facility and found it to be clean, pleasant, extremely professional and friendly staff.

        My Dad was in Springtree for Rehab. The therapists there are top notch. Apparently the facility is extremely short staffed which is very obvious. Inconsistent is the word I would use to describe the facility you never knew when someone would come in after my dad rang the nurse button.It was very unnerving for him because he needs help going to the bathroom.I ended up doing most of his care myself while he was at the facility. The dining services is a disaster. My dad seemed to just get whatever was left over because he was not able to physically go down to the dining hall. You never knew what time he was going to get his food. Breakfast varied from 8 to sometimes 10:30.One day he was forgotten and did not get his dinner until 8:15. Absolutely unacceptable. Overall the facility is clean and well kept. The social worker Megan is very nice and tries her best to help.The nurses and nursing assistants where nice just seemed very overworked at times especially on the weekends. I already mentioned the outstanding therapists but they are worth mentioning again. My dad absolutely loved his therapists Gerri and Stacy.
