Talk with receptionist and was very rude ! Called about a serious issue concerning the health of the tenants and was met with sarcasm , very unprofessional and this the second time this receptionist was rude

This is the most shady and predatory company Ive ever worked with. Know that they will never call you back, ever. When you finally get through to their surly and rude front desk associate, Connie, you will get transferred to another voicemail if she cant help you. Spoiler alert, she wont be able to help you. Ever. Upon receiving an inspection request, stating that neither my husband or I need to be there, they refuse to give me a time frame of when they will be there so that we can be there, too. What rental company does not want you to be in your own home when they are wandering around? Why would they point blank tell paying tenants to leave their home unattended while literal strangers snoop through it? So I will be taking an entire day off work to see what exactly they will be doing in my house. In addition to raising the rent and renewing our lease, simply because they purchased our unit, they had no explanation as to what they were upgrading to be charging us more. Furthermore, after 2 years of never missing a rent payment and being on month to month, they locked us in for another year. Ive had them as my real estate company years prior and moved out because of how awful there were. Here we are, again.

Beware! Waldvogal does not maintain the properties they manage. Black mold was found behind the walls of an elderly crippled man. The leak was behind the wall according to the maintenance man. There was no water present on the floor or near the black mold areas. It was all behind the walls. It got noticed when the paint started popping off the wall!! Waldvogal blamed the tenant whos been there over 30 years. Waldvogal had the maintenance man to come in and spray a toxic chemical on the walls and had him cut some of the walls out (which is against the law) you cant cut any walls without a permit. The tenants neighbor called the city and the city condemned the apartment. However, Waldvogal continued to leave the tenant in the toxic environment while maintenance man continued to take apartment apart. Tenant got very ill. Neighbor had to call city again and finally Waldvogal put tenant in a hotel and supposedly had a licensed company do the remediation on the apartment. However, when requested there was no proper info about how the remedia Was done. They broke the law and the contract. During the move to the hotel Andrew Puckett with Waldvogal came by and after talking a few minutes he stated Maybe the tenant should be in a nursing home!! After that they refused to allow tenant to renew his lease apparently because of his disability that Andrew Puckett commented on. Andrew also said that bcuz tenant didnt run his AC all the time that is why there was mold. Not true, mold came from the water leak that went undetected for 6-9 years. The damage was massive!! If u rent from this company, just be careful, they play dirty pool and if ur handicapped, u will be kicked out. The maintenance man also told other tenants everything that was going on and stated that tenant with black mold was just dirty. Waldvogal is not professional, they are dishonest and they will tell ur business with some added fanfare just for fun. Tenant is filing complaints with every government agency that will listen. We hope Waldvogal will have to pay for their crooked business practices.

This is hands down the worst company to rent from, I have been here two years never been late on my rent been a good tenant as well. On June the 15th I came home on my lunch break to find my bedroom furniture and other personal items in my living room, and a note on the floor saying that there was a leak from the ceiling. I had been staying at my sisters house since Monday to help with my nephew. No one from their maintenance team contacted me before touching my things and moving them. When I call Waldvogel I talked with a Mr. Puckett who told me that they can enter my apartment whenever they like with out telling me know first. He also told me it was fine to sleep under the ceiling that had just poured water into my bedroom and bathroom. I had been looking for a new apartment anyway so when this happened I really got on the hunt, after I found one they told me that I would have to pay rent on this apartment until someone moved in it. I never signed a new lease with them but Mr. Puckett told me pretty much that they forged my signature on the new lease and I would have to pay them. They are trying to hold me to a lease that does not have their name on it, its a lease from MBK realities the first people I rented the apartment from. I would not do business with them at all look for something better before settling with them.
