Kelli was amazing to work with! We were moving from out of state and buying a home without ever being able to see it. Kelli was so kind, helpful, and proactive. She did an incredible job making sure we really got a feel for homes etc. all over videochat. There were a lot of challenges to navigate through and she did so with ease. Tonight is our first night getting settled in our home , and we truly could not be happier. We would recommend reaching out to her for all your home buying needs. Both my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with Kelli's work ethic and how caring and understanding she was about such a challenging move. She was just as excited as we were when everything came together and it was so nice to celebrate such a big win for our family!

I was a newer renter with PPR (since end of July) & feel very let down by the condition of when I moved in (still hoping for certain repairs) as well as the customer service provided by the office. This company airs on the side of the property owners vs. their renters to a fault. Getting any assistance, even returned communication, is like pulling teeth. I'm not sure if it's more my home owner or PPR at my address... BUT good communication helps everything and that's what truly has me frustrated. At this point, I would not recommend PPR to rent from and recommend not signing a lease before anything needs to be repaired/cleaned as after almost 4 months, almost nothing has been done. I'm not talking small things- broken windows, water leaks, etc. Brittney has been friendly and I love the neighborhood and home. Renting just shouldn't have to be this much work. Update: this management company has really been unprofessional. Do not recommend. Feel free to contact me if you'd like specifics.
