My wife and I were not quite sure what we wanted, just that we were ready to buy, and we did not have anyone representing us. We found Zack based on a friend’s recommendation - best move we could’ve made. Zack helped visit a few spots and helped us narrow it down to the house that suited us best. I don’t just mean he said his preference, I mean he pointed out pros and cons we hadn’t even noticed. We had worked with other realtors that, though very nice and knowledgeable, didn’t give the full level of straightforward honesty that Zack did. And when it came time to negotiate, he nailed it by getting us a better deal than we expected. Taking it a step further, he connected me with a mortgage lender that he knew which got me a far better rate than my bank (Navy Fed) was offering. They were willing to price match but the length of time they took vs Zack’s suggestion made the difference in our offer getting accepted and us being able to send in official documentation. We literally have our house because of the extra steps Zack took for us. Because of this, we decided to use him again to sell a house as well. Zack did some research and started higher than we expected but with good reason. I mention this because I’ve sold a house before with another realtor that started very high, got no offers, and dropped a significant amount (the amount I had originally wanted to start at). Zack knew what he was doing, stuck to his guns and got the house sold. He also helped us figure out exactly what to fix or alter to make it as appealing as possible without wasting money. Again, my previous experience was not near as pleasant. I highly recommend Zack for selling, buying, or just inquiring about the market. He was very friendly, polite, and quick to respond. We will definitely use him again when the time comes.
