I would absolutely recommend Quality Plumbing Services. Our experience with David was excellent. David was able to complete an entire house repipe (Quest polybutylene to Pex) in a finished basement along with a new water heater install quickly and professionally. He really took considerations to make sure no corners were cut and that no unnecessary drywall was removed. The pricing is fair and he's been completely responsive through the whole process. It really took what could have been a stressful situation and made it manageable. I'll be using his services going forward and I recommend that others in the area do the same.

My kitchen in leaking. I called them on Saturday and left a voice-mail and as of close of business Monday, I have not heard from them. My kitchen is still leaking! I am very disappointed! Reply to response: I called Saturday afternoon and your posted business hours said that you were available during those hours. I understand that the pandemic has caused problems for all of us, but you may want to consider updating your online information to reflect your current availability as your website stated you were available on Saturdays for emergencies. Additionally, I NEVER received a call back at any point in time. Your phone number was the only way I saw online to get a hold of you. The purpose of my review is not to demean you and I'm sorry you feel that way. My intention was to warn others that your response time is not sufficient in an emergency which is something I would have liked to know as I was desperately searching for a plumber while my kitchen leaked. Had I received a call back later that week, I would have edited my review accordingly.

Working with David was excellent! Our home needed to be completely re-piped (we had Quest piping from the 1980's) and we expected the project to be astronomically expensive. Not only did he get the whole house redone and a new toilet installed in 2 days, he did it at a price that was well within our budget. He was incredibly patient, helpful and just a nice guy. He even was kind enough to let my husband and myself work around him as we DIY'd our bathroom flooring. (And I'll be totally honest, we are NOT experts!) He truly *cares* about his customers. Even with our project going on he had a call about an urgent leak which he profusely apologized for having to attend to. I was absolutely happy he went to take care of it quickly because if it had been me I would want the same! If you're someone who is looking for a plumber with expertise, character and at an attainable price -- this is your guy. We'll definitely be working with him again! Update: You reply to our one star review but not our phone call? Wow. It'd be funny if it weren't real life. I see how it is. And no, to anyone reading, they never did return our phone call. We had a flood in our basement due to a blockage the other day and I called around 6:50pm, trusting the "open 24 hours" notification in his listing on Google. Zero response. None. I am writing this the next day and still have not received a response. Not even a: "Hey, I got your message and I'm sorry but I won't be able to make it" call. Strongly thinking his every single one of his twelve 5-star reviews are propped up by family members or friends of his who are doing their good deed for the day. Thanks for nothing, Quality Plumbing Services.
