Terrible service from the pharmacy.

Id like to give them a 5 star but service in pharmacy is slow. But the employees work hard and need help! I do appreciate their hard work.

Walgreens on Brambleton used to be top notch. Now they are awful. Reduced hours, don't take care of things they should. Slow to fill scripts that I used to be able to pull up, say I was waiting and they were ready 20 minutes later. Now you are told sorry, come back in an hour and a half. We went out of town to Miami and we had to get a script that needed a PA. They took care of it and we got it the next day. This Walgreens doesn't even bother helping.

I am sitting in Walgreens pharmacy wait area (Brambleton Ave, Roanoke,) for over an hour and a half, getting very frustrated. Waited for an hour for a Covid booster, even though I had a scheduled appointment time.They are moving so slow, and having computer issues, or give other excuses. Without thinking it would take forever, I also signed up to get free Covid home tests kits, and now waiting forever on that ,so far an additional 30 minutes! I asked if I could just come back, but I've been reassured that the kit will be ready in just a moment! I may never see the light of day again, so please somebody rescue me! After almost 2 hrs, I gave up and left!

Ive always had positive and professional experiences with this pharmacy and the crew. They are obviously very busy with a drive through and all the other things they have to manage as this is Walgreens, after all.
