Kevin Gick represented my VT student daughter in a reckless driving (speed over 90 mph) incident on I-81. He knows all the prosecutors in the Roanoke area and was able to leverage the best possible outcome for her. He provided her all the necessary pre-trial actions she needed to accomplish before her court date, and he did a great job of putting her at ease and educating her on what the range of outcomes could be. His list of pre-trial actions resulted in a portfolio of things that he presented to the judge, enabling her to avoid a misdemeanor charge on her record and receive the best possible outcome.
