Terrible experience with their scheduling. My periodic checkup took almost three hours - thirty minutes in the outer waiting room before we ever began. Many other patients were frustrated about their wait as well. Lack of respect for their patients’ time.

Dr. Bradley is professional and caring. He takes great measures in clean conditions, answering questions and concerns, and application of treatment. I recommend him, and his technicians, to everyone. I have complete confidence in his skill and knowledge.

Our son had to have urgent surgery on his right eye in the middle of the night and Dr. Bradley showed up to do the surgery. He is truly amazing. He said a prayer with us before he went into surgery and I love the fact that he does that with his patients. The surgery was lo her than expected but he explained it all to us. And wanted to see him in his office the very next day. He also had us set an appointment up the following day which determined that he needed another surgery. The amazing part is he consulted with other colleagues, to see if they agreed about a second surgery. This to me shows how much he cares about his patients. The very next day he performed the surgery to make his eye water tight. He has been amazing through this whole process and sincerely cares about his patients. He saved my sons eye and to me that makes him our HERO. If you want an optometrist that cares I suggest you go see Dr. Patrick Bradley, you won't regret it. He's our Hero.
