Accordius Health at Roanoke

They are lucky to get one star. Transported a patient to this facility and the lady worker that met us was visibly under the influence of alcohol. Her speech was slurred and she smelled of alcohol. Two male workers were also under the influence of something. They put a stained pad on the bed before we transferred the patient to the bed.

My daughter has passed away at that facility she went to church on Sunday and she collapsed in front of the door and none of the nurses came out to help her she was only 31 years old talking about you got to call the ambulance we not responsible for outside of the door but she was arrested there

I came here from the hospital to finish my long-term antibiotics for an infection in my spine and to get physical therapy to get my legs working again. I have been here for about a month and I am just so grateful that I was able to get a room here. The staff are very diligent and attentive. They have really taken care of me here and they pull together to make magical things happen when it appears to be a disaster and I honor every single one of these amazing people who preserved my life and helped restore me. This administration have really been on top of keeping things operational for the facility and it has been a blessing to have come here. Thank you to everyone who works here and God bless y'all. I would not leave a dog there. My loved one was there for 2 months with a brain injury and required constant turn over and cleaning. Instead got 5 large bed sores. Eventually needed amputation due to how bad the infection set in the wounds. If you don't have to leave your love one there; go elsewhere. They never answer their phone lines. When they do they are extremely rude. I pulled my loved one from there after the 6th hospitalization for infections. If I could give this place a half star I would.

ITS A WORK IN PROGRESS HALLWAYS LOOK BETTER WITH NEW PAINT, STILL A LONG WAY TO GO COURTYARD LOOKS GOOD NEEDS MORE PLANTS / OUTSIDE THINGS COV 19 HAS REALLY STOPPED ALOT OF THINGS FOR THE RESIDENTS
