Q Nails

My nails are all different lengths, bulky, and different shades. The guy didnt know what he was doing, the woman did better but they both cut me with the file. My fianc babysat their young daughter to keep her off of me while they did my nails. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just dont.

i wont return here. he ripped my cuticles out my toes until i bled. he didnt even try to stop the bleeding just kept continuing filing my nails. honestly scared imma get an infection under my nail now. not a clean place, the child runs around throwing stuff at us and they dont care. she is playing in the sanitized tools putting her toys in the sterilizer. i came here to be relaxed and i was stressed the entire time. not to mention my massage insisted of them rubbing a dab of lotion of my leg.

Shredded my cuticles!!! I've been getting my nails done for YEARS and have never been hurt this badly. I had to put polysporin on almost every cuticle for several days afterwards. The mounds of acrylic he used for a fillin was just sad. I had mountains that flattened out at the tip. I had to go home and fire them for 3 hours to get them to look anything close to normal. This was not easy or pleasant after having my cuticles shredded for an hour. Now that y nails have had a week of growth, the mounds of acrylic I couldn't file down close enough to my shredded cuticles are ripping my hair out. I really should've walked out when I saw how dirty it was. With as many options as there are, just. Don't.

I hate leaving negative reviews for local businesses, but this business was disappointing and here is why: The space is dirty. Like your old college roommate who never deep cleaned dirty. There was also a baby crying somewhere in the back room, which gave me equal parts anxiety and sadness the entire time I was there. To the Working Mom of this nail salon: I appreciate you big time, but  also yikes. Am I a monster for saying that? The esthetician made my cuticles bleed after an aggressive attempt at stripping any signs of them from my fingers. I actually cried after I left because I was mad at myself for spending $40 on the least enjoyable experience of all time. I thought of the 300,000 other things I could have spent $40 and then looked at my crappy bleeding nails and went home. If that doesn't deter you, then god speed.
