My mom went there, and they messed up her finger nail style. Mom decided to not go back to get them touched due the drive, price and quality; so she decided to remove the nails after 3 weeks. Once they was removed she noticed her natural nails are badly damaged.

My past experiences with this nail spa have been very positive and thats why I went back to get a pedicure. I recently had surgery on my back and I was wearing a brace. My husband had to help me in the store and in the chair. Cost of a pedicure $35 And I estimate it took about 20 minutes to complete. I did not get polished. I decided to have a manicure as well. I struggled over to the chair that had been pointed out for me to sit in and when I sat down the chair almost rolled out from under me. I asked about buffing my nails with the polishing buffer since I wasnt getting any polish and it wouldve caused $10 more just to buff my nails. The things I was disappointed were that the young lady could see that I could barely walk and yet she didnt help me over to a rolling chair. Secondly, place needs a really thorough cleaning. Third since I wasnt getting polish on my nails, I would have preferred she spend a little more time working on my nails.

I loved it here! I wish I had gotten her name, but the nice lady who did my nails was so nice. Like extremely nice to me. She did a really nice job on my nails, not once did she hurt my fingers, and she also gave me a healthier alternative for my French tip nails that wont be harsh on the base of my real nails. Try it here, they wont disappoint!

Tiffany did my pedicure tonight and she was so nice and genuine. She was very gentle and not rough at all. We will definitely go back again.

cute and relaxing. i'm a guy & came for my moms birthday & i was pleasantly surprised when the staff didn't gawk at me. AND they didn't nick either of us when trimming our cuticles.
