Courtney was highly informative and detailed throughout the entire loan process. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated her tenacity, and follow up with all third parties involved. She eased my anxieties and frustrations, and was always ready to jump to the next step (BUT this does not come without doing ones own part to submit required items in a timely manner). Courtney was absolutely incredible to work with! We were up on a tight deadline and she made it happen! On a Thursday night, we found out the sellers has accepted our offer as the previous buyer backed out! We talked to our original lender Friday, before a holiday weekend, and they did not seem motivated to make a 24 day deadline happen! On the holiday Monday we were referred to Courtney at CMG! We were on the phone with her that day and 24 hours we were pre approved with CMG and an inspection was scheduled for the Friday!!! Courtney did not shy away from a 21 day closing from the day we started the process with her! She was a rockstar and made this process painless! Highly recommend her and CMG!
