Sorry guys, you lost a start. Your soda machine has been broken in the dining room for about two years, at least it was the last time I went inside (I never use the drive through - at any restaurant).
The Au Jus for the French Dip is either really awesome or really watery. Each one, about half the time. Many trips home, I have to dump the dip out window (but not the trash). When it's bad, it's bad. I've wanted to eat at Arby's a lot more than I've gone there, knowing there is a 50/50 chance of being let down. I don't like buying two dinners if I throw the first one away.
At any other Arby's I've been to, they can substitute mozzarella sticks instead of curly fries. Not here.
The people are great.
