        I had my 91 yr old mother there today. The wait was a little long but worth it once we got in with Anna. She was fantastic, kind and caring. Give her a big bonus please!

        I have been going there for years to get regular blood work. They always have been kind and professional. Occasionally I have had long waits, but most of the time I am in and out.

        Quest diagnostics at crystals springs treated me with disrespect. A woman named Sylvia heckled me the entire time I was trying to urinate. I proceeded to tell her she was disrespectful, and she tells me that I was disrespectful. I would not recommend this location to anyone

        SO I AM SWITCHING EMPLOYER AND I CALLED THEM AT 4:10 WHICH TOLD ME TO COME IN BEFORE 5:15 CAUSE THEY CLOSE AT 6 . I RUN ACROSS TOWN TO GET MY 3 YEAR OLD RUN HERE BY 5:03 FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY STOP TAKING THEM AT 5:00 . SO I CALLED THE EMPLOYER BACK AND ASKED WHY THEY STATED THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ADVISED OF THIS. COMMUNICATION IS KEY
