I have never been in so much pain getting blood drawn. I told them how badly it hurt and they just continued. Phlebotomist had an AirPod in. Im sorry but I cant recommend this quest.

My son went here for bloodwork. We had six pages of orders for bloodwork. They drew 4 vials and then only ran a single test from the first page of the orders. They did not send any results to our physician and refused to resend when we requested that they send to the physician as indicated on the orders. Absolutely do not recommend.

No signage inside or outside of the building. It looked like just a carillon, so how would anyone know the diagnostics lab is inside? After 7 minutes of driving around like an idiot, I went inside and still no signs anywhere. Had to wait in line to ask if this place ever existed, and was directed to an unmarked waiting room. Then I was taken back and told they couldn't do what I was there for, a pee drug test. What? They only do it for doctors, they said. So I had to leave to another location with a bladder full of pee. The only nice experience I had was with the lady who worked there, she told me where to go.
