Quality Inn Roanoke Airport

First off, I get there around 230pm and no one is at the desk. After calling out twice a little old lady appears and tells me I have to wait till 3pm because the rooms aren't ready without asking my name so she had no clue if my room was ready. I come back in 30 min and now there is a line...of course. So it takes her almost 25min per guest check in and we are all just standing there forever. I get in my room about 45min later and it's filthy. Roaches on the ceiling and bathroom, a booger is on the lampshade, there is almost zero toilet paper (good thing there was some tissue left), mystery stain on the blanket, nothing is plugged in, and it smells weird. No one was at the desk at check out. The staff where friendly but either very lazy or very incompetent.

Anything but quality. I didnt even stay here, I worked an event here and it was worse then the hotel I stayed in while in the Dominican Republic. First impressions; nothing is quality, feels more like a cheap motel. I tried to go to the mens room multiple times over the span two of two hours, and there was a pool of liquid all over the floor. The hotel in whole was hot and humid. The only quality I saw here was from a he event staff, they were quality. Thats about it. I would not stay here until Gordon pulls an episode of Hotel Hell.

Amazing staff, food is good, the customer service is over the top, and the price is out of this world. Has easy access to the interstate, town, shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast, shuttle service, no extra cost. I recommend a visit and come again.
